How do you eat your pizza: folded, flat or with a fork and knife?

Depends on if it is fresh or not. If it is fresh, I fold and eat. If it is reheated, I use a fork and knife. I think it's because when it is reheated it has the consistancy of soggy cardboard and tends to be a little stiffer when it's fresh.
At least good pizza is.
Windows, Mac, Linux - What's your preference and why?

Windows, but only because I don't give a shit. It does what I need to do, comes with every computer I have ever purchased AND I can get any program in the platform. If I had been exposed to Mac or Linux, might be different, but I am going with what I know here :)
